Both Pauline and Polina were very involved in keeping us informed of the process and progress from explaining our Contract with Verani Realty through the Closing.
They gave us 3 pricing categories for our house, (aspirational, sweet spot and motivated to sell) we chose the high-end of the sweet spot and got our asking price. They kept both us and the Buyers on task and on schedule. They made recommendations on the other Closing services we had to engage who turned out to be equally as professional and helpful as Pauline and Polina. We Closed without a hitch or any surprises.
